Practice Circle rubric we actually use
How evening feedback stays specific — weekly clarity, daily honesty, and intraday restraint scored in plain language.
Open feedback nights can drift into cheerleading. Our Practice Circle uses three scored prompts so comments stay tied to multi-timeframe technical review craft.
1. Weekly clarity
Can a newcomer restate the presenter’s weekly sentence in one breath? If not, the higher-frame story is still foggy.
2. Daily honesty
Do the daily zones respect that sentence, or do they chase every wick? Peers mark “honest,” “stretched,” or “contradictory.”
3. Intraday restraint
Was the short frame used for timing context only? Presenters lose points for inventing a fresh narrative that the higher frames never supported.
Scores are conversational, not competitive. The goal is a shared standard so beginners hear the same craft language week after week — the same language we use in mentored reviews and Foundations.
