Foundations is our classroom-style door into technical review. You learn how to name what you see — wicks, bodies, higher highs, failed breaks — before stacking multiple timeframes.

How it runs
Morning block covers candle anatomy and swing structure. After a break, we practice marking charts in silence, then compare notes. Afternoon closes with a preview of how weekly and daily frames will later nest together in our flagship review.
